Home Poems I AM SORRY.

I AM SORRY.

The hardest part of the story came
When Satan found the ditch to penetrate.
Once were we bound as good friends,
Always following the simplest trends.
The loose ends of life,
We replaced with strong bonds of love.

Your expectations were not met.
It does not mean it was not set.
A heart of joy and not of pain
Should you get,
That you may end with beauty and gain.

Your mood I spoilt,
Your day I ruined.
Here I sit in worry,
Over what you may have thought
And even considered.

Well the message is simple.
One awaiting to reveal a dimple,
And crush a pimple.
For whatever may be,
For the joy of our friendship;

I say I am sorry.
